I’m just about to make pizza crusts. Homemade pizza are the kids’ favorite (surprice!). All toppings are carefully chosen not to let anybody down: parma + gorgonzola for the adults, parma and homemade tomato sauce for the kids. Lots of good cheese! Plus loads of hot chili on mine! We always use the recipe for the crust from the danish brothers Harder’s cookbook Cusina Italiana it is so easy, makes the best crust ever! Which makes the pizza totally authentic, south Italian thin, crunchy and mmmmmm… Found the kitchen illustrations on Etsy – which made me take this blog + mocca break. Springtime is full of energy and very busy here at my studio and I really need to remember to take small breaks to clear my mind. I relax when I cook or with a good steamy cappuccino so I’m off now: outside, sitting in the sun for 10 min. with a nice cup of mocca. Have a break with Ana’s edible illustrations here.
