The summer is all over Copenhagen right now but I’m sitting inside by the computer again and working. I had the most wonderful and most relaxing holiday in years in July. Weeks in Provence was like a cleanse and now I’m back sitting by the desk in the studio I will keep on having the “cleanse healthy” feeling. Salads are all over but sometimes I need some alternative veggie recipies.
I found my juicer in the back of the kitchen and bought GREEN KITCHEN STORIE’s Smoothies mini e-book (released this summer). Love the yummi healthy veggie and fruity choices – the layout, all the pics are soooo edible (drink’eble!) and the 14 colorful inspiring recipes are Summer in a glas with a straw – boosted with vitamins. Easy. Cleansing. I like ;o)
My favorite smoothie for breakfast or a quick “meal” in the afternoon is the Vegetable Garden. Look above: what a color! Sometimes I make it with one squash instead of cucumber! Recipe is at Page Five in the book. ENYOJ!
Greens Kitchen SMOOTHIES e-book 2,99$ – ENJOY it here.

wauuuu… summer + vacation just around the corner … I will have a summer full of sand and water between my toes. And picnics full of French cheeses and lots of beach tennis with my kids ;o)

So we moved! We packed it aaaaaall up over months – we had tooooo many things! Gave a lot of it to the Red Cross shops and then left the cosy suburb and the stylish house. No we are not broke or are about getting a divorce or got a minor stroke. We just had too much to do with the house and things and stuff and decorating the garden and and and only one life. We moved into the most lovely old apartment from 1902 in the heart of the CPH city’s East side. No lawn. But a park with plenty of lawn just around the corner. And time to do the above lunch boxes for the kids, instead of mowing the lawn. Dazzling in the park and not mowing the lawn. And two minutes distance to EVERYTHING on bikes and NOT spending time in endless car jams on the way home. And it feels sooooo yummi. Oh yes we do enjoy!
INSPIRATION blog post about EASY LUNCH BOXES find it at CUP of JO. Photo from CUP OF JO.
I’m back! Just had a Yummi break in Paris (which were a beyound fantastic mmmm… trip! Details in a future post + look here). Have to say the past six months has been crazy busy yummi good and it will topped soon because we are moving – next week! Wauuuuu… goodbye house + garden, hello CPH downtown apartment. And after moving … I think I have to have some vacation (must have a serious talk with my boss!) + a couple of food feasts like above in France – will be lovely too!
